RICHARD FALTOT
MANAGING MEMBER
Richard has a background in new home construction having worked for an Atlanta home building company for five years. Richard apprenticed under a master craftsman for three years prior to starting his own manufacturing company that specialized in high-end custom cabinetry, furniture, and design that he ran for seven years until he sold it in 2007. He has worked with remodelers, designers, builders, and architects throughout the southeast. Richard has built and remodeled dozens of homes over the course of his career. Richard holds multiple business degrees including a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a concentration on strategy, and a Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.
JUSTIN FALTOT
MANAGING MEMBER
Justin is a current resident of Atlanta and has lived there for over 14 years He has worked in the commercial and residential real estate markets for seven years and has been a licensed realtor for 12. During his tenure as a residential real estate professional, he successfully closed 75 million dollars in transactions. In the commercial market, Justin worked as a real estate portfolio manager for Newmark Knight Frank’s corporate services division. In this role, he was responsible for several multi-million square foot real estate portfolios and assisted his clients with their expansion strategies and location decisions. Justin has also spent five years at a prominent architectural and engineering software company where he worked closely with leadership and a team of sales professionals to drive $4 million in revenues for a new division. Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in management from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
SEAN FALTOT
MANAGING MEMBER
has resided in the city of Atlanta for eight years. He has spent 11+ years of his career as a Project Manager in residential and commercial construction. Sean has built dozens of custom homes in Georgia along with numerous residential and commercial renovation projects. He has also built large commercial properties in the Atlanta area including the Cobb County Fire Station valued 2.5 million dollars. He is currently building student housing apartment complex at Clemson University valued at 45 million dollars. Sean also spent several years managing both residential and commercial real estate portfolios. Additionally, Sean has three years of experience auditing Real Estate Developers, investment companies, general contractors, mortgage companies, manufacturing/distribution companies, and REITs. Sean holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and finance along with a Master of Accountancy from Mercer University. Sean is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a LEED accredited professional.
